public works staff is a testament to and a bright spot in our fantastic community. Our
professionals and staff give excellent service to our residents. Our local purpose tax rate is
low and stable.

Jersey, that is often hard to achieve due to party bosses and
pressure of special interest.
In Upper Township we cannot trade cronyism for nepotism. Mayor
Newman and I have worked to bring fiscal reform to Upper
Township.
We have reduced the size of management and eliminated spe
